Trainee Pest Control Technician

Overview

Rentokil Pest Control Technician – Manchester. No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided. Manage your own schedule and solve customer problems on site.

Base salary £27,669 per annum; expected OTE £32,566 per annum, including bonus and commission schemes. Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone and uniform. RI Rewards discounts and cashback. • Inspect premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Tackle pest issues by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offer advice on maintenance and hygiene.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (advantageous).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• May be required to pass a DBS check.
