Job Title: Pumps Engineer

Hours: Full Time, including participation in an Out of Hours rota (approximately 1 in 4 weeks on call)

Location: Birmingham / Manchester

At Marlowe Environmental Services – part of the Mitie group – we are looking for a Pumps Engineer who is passionate about delivering high‑quality maintenance, repair, and installation services for a range of pump systems across customer sites throughout the UK.

• Attend customer sites independently or as part of a team to carry out planned and reactive works
• Service, repair and maintain a variety of pump systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Respond to call‑outs and breakdowns relating to sewage, rainwater and cold‑water booster pump systems
• Install new pump systems in line with company and customer requirements
• Travel throughout the UK and undertake overnight stays where required to support operational needs

• Previous electrical knowledge and experience within a relevant engineering or maintenance environment
• Competent in working with pipework and valves
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays when required
