Bricklayer Responsive Repairs Salford £32,977 + Progression opportunities + Company Van & Fuel Card + Benefits Permanent full time 8am to 4.30pm

• Carrying out brickwork repairs and maintenance to domestic properties
• Repointing brickwork and chimney stacks
• Identifying and rectifying brickwork defects
• Working safely at height using ladders and scaffolding where required
• Delivering excellent customer service and leaving homes clean and safe
• Using digital systems and PDAs to manage and record work accurately

• NVQ Level 2 Bricklaying (or equivalent trade qualification)
• Proven bricklaying experience, ideally within social housing or property maintenance
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working at heights
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a commitment to high-quality work
• Full UK driving licence
