ELECTRICIAN CONTRACT OR PERMANENT OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE We are delighted to be partnering with a leading building maintenance organisation who delivery exceptional services throughout the UK with regards to planned maintenance for residential properties As such we are looking to recruit a number of Electricians to support this and many more of our clients ELECTRICIAN

– The Role Perform routine electrical repairs, installations, and system upgrades in commercial properties. Install and maintain a wide range of electrical systems including extractor fans, lighting, power sockets, distribution boards, heating systems, and fire alarm systems. Ensure all electrical work meets current regulations and industry standards for full compliance. Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations, always maintaining a safe working environment.

Collaborate effectively with other trades, contractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused approach while on-site. ABOUT YOU NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671). City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Inspection and Testing) – preferred. Proven experience in commercial or residential electrical work. Full UK driving licence.

Strong understanding of current electrical safety standards and building regulations. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
