The University of Manchester is seeking a Mechanical Building Services Technician to join the Facilities, Maintenance and Compliance Team. You will maintain mechanical (HVAC) infrastructure, plant and equipment across the campus, with opportunities to undertake some electrical tasks in a competent and safe manner.
Responsibilities include planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance via the helpdesk, and small project works.
