Rate: £20.00 - £27.50 per hour (DOE)

- Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
- Installation of hot and cold water services
- Repair and replacement of pipework, fixtures and fittings
- Diagnosing and rectifying plumbing faults
- Working on sanitaryware installations and repairs
- Completing remedial works in line with current regulations
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining accurate job records and paperwork
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience working within commercial or industrial environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Unvented Hot Water Certification
- Water Regulations Certificate
- IPAF
- Legionella Awareness
- Facilities Maintenance experience
- £20.00 - £27.50 per hour depending on experience
