Job Title
Plumber
LocationGreater Manchester
Contract3 months temporary with possibility of permanent appointment.
Pay: £21-£22 Umbrella / CIS.
Benefits:
Van and fuel card.
- Complete reactive plumbing work on void and tenanted social housing properties.
- Carry out secondary work where required, including patch plastering, tiling and basic joinery.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Maintain van stock.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and working environment within customers’ homes.
- Willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Basic secondary skills in other trades are advantageous.
