Hotel Maintenance Assistant (Full Time)

Full Time (40h)
- Perform routine maintenance tasks in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities
- Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Assist with renovation projects and room setups
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a hotel or similar environment
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications
