We are seeking two experienced Multi Skilled Electricians to join our internal maintenance service team. This is a temporary position for 3 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. You will be working in customer homes and communal areas across Salford and Greater Manchester.

Day-to-day of the role:

Work Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Repair and replace electrical fittings, diagnose and rectify electrical faults.
Rewire properties including both 1st and 2nd fix.
Adhere to the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and complete relevant certification to BS: 7671 including EICR, Minor Works, and Installation certificates.
Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota, which is compensated in addition to the basic salary.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering.
Certification in 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent customer service skills.
Full clean UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently and manage work through a PDA/tablet.
Previous experience in social housing (beneficial but not essential).Benefits:
