Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for aMulti Trade Operativeto work across the Manchester areaon a full-time, long-term contract for a well-established property maintenance contractor specialising in the social housing sector.

This opportunity is with a respected contractor delivering refurbishment and turnaround works to void properties for a number of housing providers. You'll be joining a busy, growing team with consistent work across Manchester.

I'd be keen to see applications from anyone with experience in property maintenance and refurbishment, whether you've previously worked as aMulti Skilled Operative, Joiner, Carpenter, Kitchen Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Plumber, Maintenance Operative, or in a similar role.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be:

• Carrying out refurbishment and maintenance works to social housing void properties
• Completing a variety of multi-trade repairs to bring properties back to a lettable standard
• Undertaking joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling and decorating as required
• Working across multiple client contracts throughout the North West
• Travelling to sites across Preston, Liverpool, Manchester and occasionally further afield
• Delivering work to a high standard while working independently or as part of a team
