What Youll Be Doing:
Checking and preparing new machinery pre delivery to the customer. Repair and Servicing of returned equipment. Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs (planned and reactive) Continuously learning new products and technologies Managing service records, reports, and customer updates Occasional site visits to assist with equipment installation.

What Were Looking For :
You dont need to know everything were more interested in your attitude and potential. Youll likely have:
Experience in a technical or electro-mechanical role (print, embroidery, sewing, or similar industries are a bonus) A practical, problem-solving mindset Strong customer service and communication skills Basic IT skills (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.) Good organisation and the ability to work independently What Youll Get: £28,000 £ 30,000 salary (depending on experience) Clear progression opportunities as we grow Pension scheme Full training on specialist equipment Supportive, family-run business culture Ready to Apply?
