Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick is seeking a Rigger Improver to join a major nuclear project will support lifting operations and gain hands-on experience while on a clear development pathway toward a competent Rigger.
Working alongside experienced teams, you will follow lift plans, risk assessments and training programmes, with mentorship and regular competence reviews to build practical skills in rigging, installation and safety.
