Ashford, Canterbury or Margate (Static Sites) Venn Group is working in partnership with a large healthcare organisation in Kent to recruit experienced Electrical Engineers to join their Estates and Facilities team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining critical infrastructure across a busy operational environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational, supporting the delivery of essential services across the site.
Key Responsibilities Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a wide range of electrical systems and plant Diagnose and resolve faults on LV distribution systems, emergency lighting, BMS controls and associated electrical infrastructure Support statutory compliance programmes and ensure all maintenance activities meet relevant regulations and safety standards Assist with electrical installations, upgrades and minor refurbishment projects Work closely with Estates Managers and engineering colleagues to deliver a high-quality maintenance service Ensure all works are completed in accordance with health and safety legislation, policies and best practice Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete documentation in line with departmental procedures About You City & Guilds in Electrical Installation, BTEC in an Electrical discipline, or equivalent qualification 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification Experience working within a large, complex maintenance environment such as healthcare, education, commercial facilities, manufacturing or public sector estates Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills Good understanding of electrical compliance requirements and industry best practice What's on Offer?
