Location:
Manchester Salary: £41,964 per annum
Contract:
Permanent We are looking for experienced Multiskilled Painter & Decorators to carry out painting, decorating, and minor maintenance works across residential properties.
Key Requirements
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Painting & Decorating
Experience with in social housing, maintenance, or property services
Ability to complete associated multi-skilled repairs
Full UK Driving Licence (must be willing to drive a transit van)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 11:30am - 8:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
One weekday and Sunday off each week
Interview Process
Stage 1:
Telephone screening with Hiring Manager
Stage 2:
Face-to-face interview and practical skills test
Candidates must attend in workwear, bring their own hand tools, and provide evidence of their NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualification.
