FACADE SITE MANAGER – MANCHESTER, UK UNITISED CURTAIN WALLING / FACADE INSTALLATION

Direct role with T&D Glazing and Installation Limited

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per year, depending on proven experience

Location: Manchester, UK

• Stick curtain walling systems
• Aluminium windows and doors
• Glazing and associated facade components

We manage and carry out the facade installation package. General experience in house building, internal fit-out, civils, roofing or unrelated construction trades will not be sufficient without direct facade installation experience. Cladding experience is useful, but cladding-only experience will not replace a strong understanding of curtain walling, glazing and facade installation. If you understand how unitised panels are installed – from drawings, setting-out, brackets, interfaces and tolerances through to lifting, access, sequencing, quality and progress- please carry on reading.

We already have an active project in Manchester. The successful candidate could start immediately, initially support our existing management team and then move to an upcoming project. We are looking for the right person for the long term, not simply the person who can start first. If the right candidate is currently committed to another project, we are prepared to wait until that project is properly completed.
