- Complete service documentation, reports and relevant paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Build strong customer relationships while managing expectations and delivering a high standard of workmanship.

- Excellent communication skills, a professional appearance and the ability to organise and manage your own workload are essential.
- The standard working week is 40 hours, with availability required between approximately 06:30 and 18:30.
- Engineers participate in a 1-in-5 standby rota, covering the full week when on standby.
- Standby allowance is £200 per week, with callouts additionally paid at the applicable overtime rate.
- Callouts are relatively infrequent, with engineers typically attending no more than once or twice in a week when on standby.
- Overtime is paid at basic rate Monday–Friday, time-and-a-half Saturday and double time Sunday, with Bank Holidays paid at normal rate plus a day back in lieu.
- £40,000 basic salary, plus door-to-door travel paid in line with company policy.
- Company estate vehicle, fuel card and private mileage.
- Paid overtime, callout allowance and customer-focused incentives.
- 24 days' holiday, plus company contributory pension scheme.
- Company workwear, laptop, mobile phone, testing equipment and plant provided.
