Shop Fitter / POS Installer - Tewkesbury | £13.00 - £18.00 per hour | Guaranteed 39 Hours | UK & European Travel | Temp to Perm | Weekly Pay | Training Provided People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Shop Fitter / POS Installer to join our well-established client based in Tewkesbury . This role would suit candidates with experience as a Shop Fitter, POS Installer, Retail Fitter, Display Installer, Signage Installer, Installation Operative, Fit-Out Operative, Interior Installer, Retail Installation Technician or Fitter . Shifts
• Various Day & Night shifts | Monday to Sunday
• Guaranteed 39 hours per week
• Nights away and weekend working required as part of the role Rates of Pay • £13.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and shift pattern)

• Ongoing training and career development Day-to-Day Duties As a Shop Fitter / POS Installer , your duties will include:
• Installing retail signage, POS equipment and display systems at customer sites
• Completing installations independently or as part of a professional fitting team
• Working from technical drawings, plans and site surveys
• Loading, unloading and transporting materials safely and securely
• Completing installation paperwork accurately
• Representing the company professionally whilst working on customer sites
• Travelling throughout the UK with occasional overseas assignments
• Following all Health & Safety procedures at every installation Essential Skills To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience as a Shop Fitter, POS Installer, Retail Fitter or similar installation role
• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum three penalty points)
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements on construction and retail sites
• Ability to read technical drawings and installation plans
• Excellent practical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working on customer sites
• Valid passport and willingness to travel throughout the UK and occasionally overseas

Desirable Experience
• Experience driving a 3.5 tonne van
• Valid IPAF Licence
• Previous experience installing retail signage or display systems Training Provided
• Full training on company policies and procedures
