We are looking for a practical, reliable Maintenance Operative to join our Glasshouse team. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our site in a safe, productive working order, carrying out everyday repairs and upkeep while supporting our Maintenance Technician and wider team with larger jobs.

No formal qualifications or specialist technical knowledge are needed. A willingness to learn and a proactive mindset towards training are vital to succeed in this role.

• Practical and hands-on, with good general DIY or handyman skills.

• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
• Full driving license
• English sufficient to understand instruction, training and site SOPs (Russian an advantage)
