NG Bailey Facilities Services is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Technician for Manchester city centre, working Monday to Friday 08:00–16:30, with no on-call. You will service five commercial buildings, carrying out PPMs and reactive tasks on mechanical plant and HVAC systems, in line with SFG
20 standards and KPI SLAs.
You should have Level 3 Mechanical discipline qualifications, BMS experience, and the ability to manage sub-contractors.
