Hours:
37 a week | Driving licence required We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our client's Maintenance Team, carrying out high-quality electrical repairs, installations and maintenance across domestic properties.
Key Responsibilities Electrical fault finding, repairs and installations, including single and three phase. Inspection, testing and EICRs . Completing electrical installation and minor works certificates. Installing/replacing showers, immersion heaters, electric heating and domestic heating controls. Identifying and reporting health & safety defects. Maintaining accurate job records and updating work orders via PDA/mobile devices. Providing excellent customer service and working professionally with vulnerable customers.
Participating in emergency/out-of-hours services when required. About You You will be a qualified electrician with:
Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent. 18th Edition / BS 7671 . AM2 qualification or equivalent. 2391 / Inspection & Testing desirable. Experience in domestic electrical maintenance, fault finding and EICRs. Knowledge of Part P and relevant British Standards. Good communication, organisation and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and safely. Full UK driving licence .
