Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 Per Annum Type:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled MET Technician to join our team in Norfolk and play a key role in ensuring vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.
The Role As an MET (Mechanical, Electrical & Trim) Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient removal and refitting of mechanical, electrical, and trim components on a wide range of products. Working closely with other teams, you will ensure repairs are completed safely, accurately, and in line with manufacturer specifications.
Key Responsibilities Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim components on various vehicles. Diagnose and rectify faults relating to vehicle systems following repair. Carry out vehicle stripping and rebuilding activities to support body repairs. Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and industry standards. Perform quality checks on completed work to maintain high standards. Use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
Work collaboratively with panel technicians, painters, and workshop management. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. Accurately complete job records and repair documentation. Requirements Proven experience as an MET Technician within a body-shop or accident repair environment. Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electrical and mechanical systems. Ability to use diagnostic equipment confidently and effectively. Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence due to rural location.
