We are seeking skilled and committed plumbers to deliver comprehensive plumbing services across all wards, departments, and clinical spaces within this prestigious hospital.
In this role, you will ensure strict compliance with Sodexo and Trust safety standards, providing essential maintenance and repairs in a fast paced, multi disciplinary setting. Whether working in office areas, clinical rooms, circulation spaces, or external environments, you will play a key role in maintaining the operational integrity of the hospital.

What You’ll Do- Comprehensive plumbing maintenance and repair expertise, including installation, reactive repairs, and planned preventative maintenance of water systems, pipework, sanitary fixtures, and associated equipment
- Experience with complex mechanical services, such as hot and cold water systems, heating systems, pumps, compressors, and calorifiers, ensuring compliance with safety and water quality standards
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, and carry out installation, commissioning, and testing of plumbing and mechanical systems accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, including safe systems of work, permits, and hazard management when working in live healthcare environments
- Participation in emergency response and out of hours oncall duties, providing rapid and effective repairs in urgent and potentially hazardous situations
- Proficiency in fault diagnosis and repairs on complex plant and equipment, including water safety systems, Legionella control, and mechanical plant
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and external agencies to ensure efficient and compliant maintenance operations
- Experience in NHS and Healthcare Environment.
- Strong Problem Solving and Communication Skills
- Ability to identify problems, understand key issues and investigate alternatives.
- CAFM system i.e. Planet/ Concerto
