* * Foremen * * (four-man / gang leaders) who can organise labour, keep quality high and communicate clearly with Site Managers and trades.### What you will do
- Lead a small gang / multi-trade crew day to day
- Allocate tasks, check workmanship and keep the programme moving
- Enforce PPE, RAMS and safe systems of work
- Coordinate deliveries, plant and materials on the plot
- Raise issues early to the Site Manager with clear solutions
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced operatives### What we offer

* Demonstrable experience leading a gang or acting as charge hand / foreman
* Trade background (carpentry, finishing, groundworks or multi-trade)
* CSCS card; SSSTS desirable
* Strong communication and calm problem-solving under pressure
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Fluent English for toolbox talks and client-facing moments on site## Our interview process
