Location:
Field Based covering - North West region, including Manchester, Liverpool & Lancashire
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks across various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general repairs & maintenance, across our estate of dental practices. This role will include daily travelling and occasional overnight stays, you must have a full & clean UK driving licence.
Key Responsibilities Preventative Maintenance- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plant and machinery.
- Identify and rectify potential issues before they esc.
- Implement a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Efficiently repair and restore equipment to full operational capacity.
- Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint the root cause of equipment malfunctions.
- Implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Install new equipment and machinery.
- Configure and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and efficiency.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability.
- Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must hold a full UK driving licence.
