Multi Skilled Technician

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Multi Skilled Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an Multi Skilled Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

• Performing scheduled maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Diagnosing faults and fixing issues quickly to prevent disruptions
• Responding to urgent repairs and troubleshooting on-site problem.
• Monitoring systems using Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring safety procedures are followed

• Proven experience in maintaining building systems across mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance standards
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency responses approximately once every four weeks
