Location:
Manchester / Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £30,000–£35,000 + Door-to-Door Pay
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a Fabric Engineer to carry out reactive maintenance and general building repairs across commercial sites.
The role will cover fabric repairs, joinery, plumbing, minor electrical works and general maintenance.
Duties
* Carry out reactive building and fabric maintenance
* Complete joinery, basic plumbing and general repairs
* Carry out minor electrical works where competent
* Complete small works and minor projects
* Fault find and identify remedial works
* Manage jobs across multiple customer sites
* Complete job sheets and maintenance reports
* Liaise with customers and site contacts
Requirements
* Previous FM or building maintenance experience
* Good all-round fabric maintenance knowledge
* Experience with joinery, plumbing and general repairs
* Basic electrical knowledge beneficial
* Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
* Full UK driving licence
* Flexible towards overtime when required
Salary & Benefits
* £30,000–£35,000 + door-to-door pay
