AboutThe Role
Bluelink needs hands-on
** Foremen** (four-man / gang leaders) who can organise labour, keep quality high and communicate clearly with Site Managers and trades.
- Lead a small gang / multi-trade crew day to day
- Allocate tasks, check workmanship and keep the programme moving
- Enforce PPE, RAMS and safe systems of work
- Coordinate deliveries, plant and materials on the plot
- Raise issues early to the Site Manager with clear solutions
- Mentor apprentices and less experienced operatives
- Stable project pipeline across refurb and new works
- Path to Assistant Site Manager for high performers
- PPE, site tools access and competitive overtime
- Demonstrable experience leading a gang or acting as charge hand / foreman
- Trade background (carpentry, finishing, groundworks or multi-trade)
- CSCS card; SSSTS desirable
- Strong communication and calm problem-solving under pressure
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Fluent English for toolbox talks and client-facing moments on site
