Sleep Expert – Mattress Firm
The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products. Experts will execute Mattress Firm selling programs with the use of digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience, creating a compelling and engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
Responsibilities- Create an environment where the customer is always at the center by cultivating strong relationships.
- Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and serve as a subject matter expert.
- Drive individual sales performance and meet KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
- Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase (resolve issues, send delivery reminders, etc.).
- Maintain awareness of competitors, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
- Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
- Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Compensation and Benefits- Competitive pay range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience).
- Base pay or uncapped commission; get paid on-demand.

- Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.
