Automotive Service Technician Mechanic

Position Summary

Lincoln Repair is hiring an Automotive Technician for our Mandan location. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can handle diagnostics and repairs, and wants to work in a shop that stays organized and busy year-round.

Our team focuses on quality repairs, steady workflow, and maintaining a work environment where technicians have the equipment and support needed to do their jobs efficiently.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete maintenance and repair work
  • Use diagnostic equipment and shop management software
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Communicate with the team to keep jobs moving through the shop
  • Follow shop processes and safety procedures

  • Annual earnings typically range from $70,000 to $100,000+ depending on experience

Qualifications for top pay
  • At least 2 years of automotive repair experience
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Comfortable working with digital shop systems or willing to learn
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable and team-oriented work ethic
