Sixty percent of the work is conducted in an office setting, involving computer research, project management, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Frequent participation in both in‑person and virtual meetings, including project updates, strategy sessions, and presentations to management and stakeholders.

Forty percent of the internship involves regular visits to the production areas, exposing interns to machinery, noise, varying temperatures, humidity, and wet conditions.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on operational requirements.

• Support departmental projects with hands‑on tasks that align with business objectives.
• Conduct research, compile data, and assist in developing reports or presentations.

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Accounting, Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated and proactive; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools or ERP systems is a plus.

• Visits to production areas will involve exposure to machinery, high noise levels, varying temperatures, humidity, and wet conditions.
• Must be comfortable sharing office space with other professionals and performing repetitive, computer‑based tasks, including extended periods of sitting, reaching with hands and arms, and using input devices such as a keyboard, mouse, and other tools.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, reach, stretch, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate through various channels, including phone, email, face‑to‑face, and videoconferencing, effectively building and presenting organized data and plans to executive leadership, internal and external groups of various sizes, and key stakeholders.

Base pay is within a range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on job‑related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location. Additional benefits include life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, weekly massage reimbursement, and gym reimbursement.
