Global Dimensions is currently seeking Junior Motion GEOINT Analysts for positions in McLean, Virginia
.

The Junior Motion GEOINT Analyst supports critical operations through the exploitation, analysis, and production of Motion GEOINT and related geospatial intelligence products. This role involves full-motion video processing, exploitation, and dissemination in a fast-paced operational environment. Analysts will use Motion GEOINT and other intelligence sources to support mission requirements across the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide real-time, 24/7/365 motion video exploitation in a shift-work environment.
  • Analyze targets using a variety of platforms and Motion GEOINT data sources.
  • Exploit Motion GEOINT, including but not limited to multi-spectral, hyperspectral, infrared (IR), synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and LiDAR imagery.
  • View, exploit, record, and accurately touch-type live Motion GEOINT exploitation comments in support of operations.
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 32 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
  • Provide storyboards, vehicle follows, and 360-degree graphics.
  • Respond to imagery research and analysis taskings by reviewing current and historical hardcopy and softcopy imagery.
  • Produce standard and non-standard NGA imagery analysis products, including summary reports, tailored mission-specific products, database remarks, and daily briefings as required.
  • Collaborate with NGA, NSG, ASG, Service imagery and geospatial analysts, intelligence analysts, and engineers.
  • Archive and disseminate products in accordance with NGA guidelines.
  • Support mission requirements while maintaining the integrity of mission partner data and operations.
Required Skills:
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full-time, post-schoolhouse intelligence analysis experience with military intelligence training; or a bachelor’s degree in a related field with military intelligence training.
  • Completion of formal intelligence training, typically two or more months of full-time training resulting in a military intelligence MOS or equivalent background, such as All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, or related discipline.
  • Ability to operate in a high-tempo, mission-focused environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while executing assigned tasks.
  • Ability to understand and apply advanced concepts and processes to mission requirements.
  • Must be adaptable, professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering timely and accurate GEOINT products.
  • This position supports a Special Access Program (SAP) and requires additional screening, customer approval, and an in-depth background investigation regardless of current clearance level.
  • Candidates must successfully complete all required training to remain eligible for the contract. Candidates who do not pass required training will not be permitted to continue on the contract.
  • Selected candidates must successfully complete required initial training, which includes:
    • Motion Imagery Tradecraft Intermediate Level (MITIL): 3.5-day course, participation required, pass/fail.
    • Fundamentals and Program Orientation: 10-day course, minimum passing score of 80%.
    • On-the-Job Training (OJT): 90 days, or up to 45 mission days, task-specific, pass/fail, with three subphases.
