Customer Service Representative - Insurance

Farm Credit Services of Mandan is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Insurance department in Mandan. We are a member-owned cooperative committed to serving rural America.

This position provides administrative, operational, and customer service support for the Association's insurance programs by assisting with the servicing, processing, and administration of insurance products. The position supports Insurance Specialists and customers through accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and effective communication that supports quality customer service and efficient insurance operations.

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ability to manage deadlines
• Process insurance applications, claims, policy changes, and related transactions accurately and within required deadlines
• Key and maintain accurate insurance data, records, reports, and billing information
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Support the promotion of insurance products and services
• Collaborate with branch and insurance team members to support efficient insurance operations
• Maintain licensing, continuing education, reporting, and training requirements

• High school diploma required;
  Two-year post-secondary degree preferred
• One-year related experience preferred
• Knowledge of farm operations and the agriculture industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
