Manager - $125,000 - $155,000 w/ 20% Bonus (twenty percent is the floor, some high performing individuals see bonus up to and past 100%)

Senior Manager - $155,000 - $185,000 w/ 25% Bonus (twenty-five percent is the floor, some high performing individuals see bonus up to and past 100%)

A top national professional services firm is expanding its Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) practice, supporting private equity clients and corporate buyers across diverse industries. The team provides comprehensive buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence and is experiencing strong, sustained growth. This group offers a highly collaborative culture, exceptional leadership access, and the opportunity to work fully remotely with limited travel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned TAS professional looking to step into a high‑impact Senior Manager role with clear visibility and career advancement potential.

Manage multiple engagement teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Oversee deliverables and present key findings to clients.

Provide technical and advisory financial due diligence services to private equity groups and corporate buyers.

Conduct complex financial analyses, including cash flow analysis, quality of earnings, working capital trends, profitability drivers, and identification of risks or liabilities.

Lead engagement execution, prepare detailed reports, and deliver financial due diligence conclusions.

Develop and deepen relationships with existing and prospective clients; identify market opportunities and articulate the firm’s value proposition.

• CPA required; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Master’s in Accounting or MBA with an accounting background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; strong working knowledge of MS Office.
• Self‑motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset; able to excel in a fast‑paced environment.

• 2–4+ years of financial audit experience (Big 10 firm preferred), investment banking, FDD, corporate finance, or similar M&A experience.
• 1–3+ years of Transaction Advisory Services experience at a national accounting or advisory firm, including at least 1 year at the Manager level.

• 3–5+ years of financial audit experience with a top national public accounting firm, investment banking, financial due diligence, corporate finance, consulting, or related M&A experience.
• 3–5+ years of TAS experience at a top national accounting or advisory firm, including 1+ year at the Senior Manager level.

• CPA License
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Financial Due Diligence (FDD), Quality of Earnings (Q of

• Ability to manage all aspects of client engagements.
• Strong communication ability across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency in relevant technology platforms.
• Ability to travel if needed (minimal).
