Consumer Loan Support Specialist

Overview

Bravera Bank is hiring for a Consumer Loan Support Specialist in Mandan, ND. This position is primarily responsible for preparing loan documentation and funding of all consumer loans. Also responsible for providing loan support in a centralized environment.

• Be a trusted advisor to Consumer Loan Officers and Retail Staff.
• Knowledge and confidence when using the designated loan program.

• Prepare consumer loan documentation and funding of loans, for all locations.
• Provide loan support for Consumer Underwriters, Consumer Loans Officers and Retail Staff.
• Review and process dealer contracts by assuring the needed paperwork is present.
• Create Customer Information Profile (CIF’s), as needed.
• Complete paid loan files and correspondence to customers.
• Correspond with customers by phone, email or chat, to assist customers with their needs.
• Prepare and scan loan files and other miscellaneous correspondence.
• Prioritize and efficiently organize work assignments, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and promote teamwork.
• Promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization.
• Promote the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.
• Contribute to the overall success of the organization.
• Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, and proactively prevent illegal activities. Vigilantly detect potential fraud, money laundering and report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer.

• High School Diploma or equivalent of 1‑2 years of post‑secondary education preferred.
• 1‑3 years of banking experience or customer service experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Self‑starter.
