Weareseeking a Vice President, Investor Relationstohelp drive andsupportourfundexpansion efforts and capabilities working for a Practice President at Red Cell Partners who also leads our firm's capital raising efforts for our funds.

Inthisrole,youwillcollaboratewiththefirm's senior team membersonallinvestorrelations,fundraising,andecosystemactivationefforts.

• 6-8+ years of experience in investor relations, raising capital from UHNW & institutional investors
• ExperiencedevelopinginstitutionalLPfundraisingchannels&drivingfundraisingactivity
• Experienceexecutinghighlyprofessionalizedinvestorreporting&engagement efforts
• Abilitytofluentlyarticulate Red Cell 'sstrategy,value proposition,model&metrics
• Abilitytotravel
  25-30% ofthetime
• Strong conceptual,quantitative&analytical skills;abilitytothinklikeaninvestor
• High integrity&abilitytomaintainthehighestdegreeofconfidentiality
• Exceptional verbal&written communication&presentation skills
