SAP Fieldglass Consultant

Location: 100% Remote (PST Working)

Job Type: Contract

• Lead design, configuration, and deployment of SAP Fieldglass (VMS) modules (Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement, Assignment Management).
• Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and propose effective Fieldglass solutions.
• Manage integration of Fieldglass with SAP Success Factors, SAP ERP, S/4
  
  HANA, Ariba, and third‑party systems.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.
• Conduct user training, develop documentation, and provide post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize contingent workforce processes and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to data security, audit, and governance standards.
• Work with vendors and system administrators for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of VMS functionalities:
  Contingent Workforce Management, Statement of Work (SOW), Service Procurement.
• Experience in integration with SAP HCM/Success Factors, ERP/S/4
  
  HANA, Ariba, or third‑party applications.
• Hands‑on experience in configuration, reporting, workflows, and approval processes.
• Knowledge of compliance, labor regulations, vendor management processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

• Experience in global rollout projects.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP or Middleware (CPI, PI/PO, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Understanding of HR, procurement, or workforce management processes.
