The Opportunity:
Build the Path from Predictive to Agentic IT Operations
Grok is building the next generation of predictive and agentic AI for enterprise IT operations.
We’re hiring a hands‑on Senior Product Manager with strong enterprise SaaS fundamentals and technical depth.
Modern IT environments are noisy, complex, and brittle. Legacy observability, ITSM, and first‑generation AIOps tools surface alerts and automate fragments of work, but they do not reason across domains, learn from outcomes, or guide action with confidence. Grok was built differently from day one. Our platform fuses predictive, causal, and generative intelligence with enterprise memory to understand what is happening, why it is happening, what will happen next, and how teams should respond.
We are looking for a disciplined, execution‑oriented Senior Product Manager to help scale this vision into products customers trust and adopt. You do not need to be an AI expert on day one. What matters most is strong enterprise SaaS product fundamentals, ownership mindset, and the ability to translate complex systems into simple, governed workflows that operators actually use.
This role is ideal for a strong “full stack” PM who wants to grow deeply into AI and agentic systems while owning meaningful product surface area. This is a senior individual contributor role in a high‑ownership, early‑stage environment.
What You Will Do 1. Customer Discovery & Product Strategy- Develop deep empathy for enterprise IT operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management workflows.
- Conduct hands‑on discovery with operators, SREs, and problem managers to understand alert fatigue, war rooms, manual triage, and operational bottlenecks.
- Translate customer pain points into clear product strategy and roadmap priorities that move teams from reactive operations toward predictive and agentic workflows.
- Identify and define high‑value on‑ramp use cases such as intelligent ticketing, predictive detection, drift remediation, and guided response.
- Evaluate competitive alternatives across observability, ITSM, and adjacent tools, and help sharpen Grok’s differentiation around time‑to‑value, learning depth, and operational simplicity.
- Own the end to end experience for human in the loop and supervised autonomy workflows, defining how recommendations are presented, validated, executed, and learned from.
- Design simple, trustworthy operator experiences for complex AI capabilities, including confidence‑scored predictions, causal explanations, and guided actions.
- Create low fidelity wireframes and workflows to communicate intent clearly to engineering, design, and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with field teams, customers, and partners to validate requirements and ensure workflows reflect real operational behavior.
- Own backlog prioritization, requirements definition, and end‑to‑end delivery from concept through enterprise SaaS release.
- Manage the full product lifecycle pipeline, including discovery, scoping, release planning, field enablement, and customer expectation setting.
- Write clear, rigorous product specifications, epics, and stories in Jira that are consumable by engineering and aligned to business outcomes.
- Partner tightly with UI, engineering and data science teams to balance velocity, quality, and long term platform integrity.
- Drive integration strategy across observability, ITSM, and automation ecosystems (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, Service Now, Jira, Ansible).
- Help articulate and prove customer value through measurable outcomes such as noise reduction, prediction accuracy, and MTTR reduction.
- Partner with sales, sales engineering, and marketing to shape demos, narratives, and case studies grounded in real operational workflows.
- Ensure product decisions align with commercial priorities, customer adoption, and long term platform differentiation.
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Management, owning products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Strong fundamentals in enterprise software product management: discovery, prioritization,…
