Responsibilities
Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve the acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, system integration or consulting projects/engagements. May work at client site from time to time. Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross‑functional teams. The project is focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improve customer satisfaction through the use of technology.
Project management skills, rather than technical skills, are key, but a strong technical background is often required to manage competing interests. Typically oversees schedules and budgets to ensure goal attainment.
U.S. pay range for this position: $95,100 – $171,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may depend on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. For sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (base + commission). Non‑sales roles are expressed as base salary; short‑term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Certain roles may be eligible for long‑term incentives in the form of new‑hire equity awards.
