Revive Law Group is a boutique family law firm located in downtown Mandan, North Dakota, committed to providing thoughtful, individualized representation to each client we serve. Our focus is on delivering high-quality legal work grounded in professional integrity, preparation, and sound judgment. We prioritize a deliberate, client-centered approach that emphasizes competence, clear communication, and practical problem-solving. By maintaining these standards, we aim to build trust and provide representation our clients can rely on during some of the most important decisions of their lives.
Role DescriptionRevive Law Group is seeking a full-time Family Law Attorney to join our team in our Mandan office. This position involves handling a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and property division.
We welcome applications from both newer attorneys and experienced practitioners. For newer attorneys, this role offers the opportunity to build a strong foundation in family law through hands‑on mentorship, training, and gradual assumption of responsibility. For experienced attorneys, we offer a stable environment where a thoughtful, client‑centered practice style is valued over volume, and where professional judgment and preparation are supported.
The attorney will conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, manage discovery, prepare cases for hearing, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court. Just as important, the role requires working closely with clients to understand their circumstances, provide clear guidance, and advocate for practical, resolution‑focused outcomes.
This position is well‑suited for an attorney seeking long‑term professional growth within one firm. Responsibilities and independence will expand as experience develops, with support tailored to the attorney’s level of practice. We offer hands‑on training and mentorship where needed, a collaborative environment, manageable caseloads, competitive compensation based on experience, and productivity‑based bonuses. Our goal is to maintain a professional, supportive workplace where attorneys can develop their skills and build a sustainable, long‑term practice.
We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, in addition to productivity‑based bonuses and a full benefits package, including employer‑provided retirement plan with matching contributions.
