Job Details
• Work in a post-acute hospice care setting,
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:30,
• Weekend coverage required every third weekend,
• On-call coverage required 1-2 times during the week,
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) for charting and documentation,
Job Requirements
• Active ND or compact RN license,
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification,
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience,
• Experience with hospice or post-acute care preferred,
Additional Information
• Provide nursing care and support to hospice patients in a post-acute setting,
• Must be willing to work assigned weekends and on-call shifts,
• Assignment is 14 weeks in length,
• Candidates with previous employment at Sanford Health must disclose this for consideration,
