Sanford Health seeks a Nursing Supervisor to lead clinical teams within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate patient care, oversee nursing staff, manage staffing and workflow, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. You will mentor nurses, support professional development, and collaborate with providers to improve outcomes. Responsibilities- Supervise and support nursing staff during daily operations
- Coordinate and oversee patient care delivery across assigned unit(s)
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet patient needs
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, providing feedback and coaching
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on care plans
- Monitor clinical outcomes and lead quality improvement efforts
- Promote a culture of compassionate, patient‑centered care
- Address patient and family concerns promptly and professionally
- Support implementation of organizational policies, EHR use, and best practices
