Good Samaritan Society - 1011 Boundary Street Northwest - Responsibilities:
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a registered nurse;
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing and nutrition support;
Assist with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques and equipment; provide range of motion and passive exercises;
Assist with meal preparation and dining to create a positive dining experience for residents;
Document resident Interactions and communicate changes in condition to the charge nurse; support restorative nursing programs as needed
