Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to provide leadership in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, tailored patient care and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serving as a liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units.
• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, conducting evaluations, and managing disciplinary actions.
• Assuming patient care when necessary and building meaningful patient relationships to support recovery.
• Fostering a supportive, team-driven environment with access to advanced technology and resources.

Qualifications And Skills Required

• Current RN licensure as per state regulations.
• BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtained within designated time frames.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• At least two years of recent inpatient hospital experience.
• Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or team lead, with accountability for staff and patient outcomes.
