American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care Clinical Care Leader role requiring 2 years of experience and a ND or compact RN license.

• Post-acute, long-term care management setting
• Clinical Care Leader unit
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) charting system
• 8-hour day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• On-call coverage required every 5th weekend

• Active ND or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BSN not required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

• Oversee clinical care operations within a long-term care management unit
• Local candidates accepted at a lower rate
• 80-mile radius rule applies for travel rate eligibility
