Overview

- Location: Minot AFB Commissary
- Shift: Sunday 9am-2pm, Monday 7am-12pm, Tuesday 8am-3pm, Friday 8am-3pm, and Saturday 9am-2pm
As an Order Filler
, you play a key role in making sure our customers get exactly what they need—on time and in great shape!
- Pick online orders with speed and accuracy – Using a handheld device, navigate the store to find and collect all the items on a customer's grocery list.
- Inspect products for quality – Ensure everything picked is fresh, clean, and meets our standards.
- Pack and stage orders for pickup or delivery – Organize items neatly in bags or totes and place them in the right spot so they’re ready to go out.
- Handle substitutions – If something is out of stock, use guidelines to choose the next best option and notify the team.
- Move efficiently – Stay active and keep up the pace to meet time goals while staying safe.
- Keep your area clean and stocked – Wipe down work areas, return stray items, and help keep the store neat and orderly.
- Work together – Team up with other departments and communicate with leads or supervisors when needed.

- Lifting & Carrying: Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 40 lbs. Heavier items may require team help or tools.
- Bending, Reaching, & Squatting: Reach for items on shelves (high and low), crouch to grab products from bottom shelves, and bend or twist to load and unload carts or totes.
- Repetitive Motions: Scanning, grabbing, bagging, and organizing involve repetitive hand and arm movements.
