Beverage Station Service & Delivery Sales Specialist

Do you enjoy a role that mixes hands-on service, route driving, and consultative selling? As a Beverage Station Service & Delivery Sales Specialist, you’ll step in to provide route relief, keep customers stocked on coffee, tea, and allied products, and elevate every beverage station to standard—on time, every time.

Your mission

Deliver, replenish, and rotate product at each scheduled stop while on a route.

Clean and verify brewer performance; complete a minimum of one CQC (Cup Quality Check) daily.

Follow the daily route plan so all customers receive delivery and service as scheduled.

Manage invoices, inventory counts, and collections while on the route.

Increase Revenue per Stop by closing distribution voids on core products, executing seasonal and LTO promotions, applying pricing actions, and maintaining station standards.

Escalate issues to the ASM (Area Sales Manager) quickly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Report inefficiencies, dissatisfaction, or opportunities discovered during route relief to the ASM.Assist with inventory cycle counts, warehouse operations, and customer projects as assigned.

Learn brewing equipment fundamentals to make minor adjustments or repairs.

Use the Farmer Brothers customer call process (The Farmer Brothers Way to Sell) to drive loyalty; make sales calls when time permits.

Support other duties as needed, including warehouse work, A/R collections, and customer service.

When and where

Work hours:

Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; overtime as needed.

Driving:
Valid driver’s license required and ability to pass a DOT physical.

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent.

Route delivery background a plus.

Customer service experience preferred; food service exposure desired.

Strong, clean driving record.

Compensation and time offWe believe in fair, transparent compensation. The base salary range for this role (as provided when posted) may vary by your experience and qualifications.

We apply location-based pay differentials to align with local cost-of-living. Higher-cost locations may include a geographic premium based on market data and local economic conditions.

If applicable, your specific pay will be reviewed during hiring based on your work location.
