Join our dedicated team as a full-time Senior Service Technician—an ideal role for an experienced professional with advanced diagnostic expertise in equipment maintenance and repair, who values teamwork and is committed to delivering high-quality service with professionalism and integrity. This role requires strong independent problem-solving skills, technical leadership, and the ability to take ownership of complex repairs. - Perform advanced maintenance, repairs, and reconditioning on a variety of farm equipment
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and complete complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag system repairs
- Independently analyze equipment issues and determine effective repair solutions
- Support and mentor junior technicians as needed, sharing technical knowledge and best practices
- Follow service schedules while managing workflow efficiently and accurately
- Document work performed in detailed reports and work orders with a high level of accuracy
- Use advanced diagnostic tools, electronic parts catalogs, and technical resources to support repairs
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to provide a seamless customer experience
- Promote our team values through positive, respectful interactions
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair of agricultural or heavy equipment
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and precision ag systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Effective communication, time management, and organizational skills
- A team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unaided and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working around equipment, fluids, and varying environmental smells
