General Laborer – Floor Crew

The General Laborer on the Floor Crew is responsible for the physical labor of floor installations for our grain equipment products.

This position requires travel during the week and overnights.

• Efficiently and accurately assist with the installation of fans, aeration floors, unload equipment, etc. in grain equipment products
• Assist in the preparation of each job site
• Assist in loading, unloading, lifting, and moving of materials, parts, and tools, to and from site
• Operate hand & power tools, and other equipment as required to complete projects

• Manual labor and construction experience preferred
• Basic ability to read a tape measure, blueprints and have basic math skills
• Ability to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and work in a repetitive and fast-paced environment

• Required to travel overnights on a constant basis
• Required to work long hours in adverse weather conditions

• Routinely walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching, and handling
• Ability to lift at least (75) pounds
• Working near moving mechanical parts; near noise routinely, and exposed to outdoor elements
