Location: Mandan RRC - Mandan, ND 58554
Salary Range: $19.00 - $24.00 Hourly*
Bonus: Full‑time employees may receive up to $8,000 and part‑time employees up to $4,000, paid in two portions: $3,000/$1,500 after the six‑month probationary period and $5,000/$2,500 after one year of employment.

What You’ll DoAs a Community Corrections Specialist, you will maintain accountability, safety, and structure within a residential reentry environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Signing residents in and out of the facility and verifying approved movements
- Confirming employment schedules and other approved activities
- Monitoring resident accountability through GPS systems and other tracking tools
- Conducting breath tests, urinalysis testing, and other compliance checks
- Performing pat searches, room searches, and vehicle searches
- Completing incident reports and documenting resident activity
- Maintaining safety and security within the facility while interacting professionally with residents
- Ongoing training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge base
- Mentorship opportunities with seasoned professionals who are dedicated to helping you succeed
- Hands‑on experience working directly with justice‑involved clients in residential reentry settings
- Opportunities for advancement within the agency based on performance and dedication
- Pay: $19.00 to $24.00 (depends on experience)
- Health and Welfare:
Employees may receive a fringe benefit of up to $5.09 per hour in addition to base pay (up to $407.20 per pay period) - Overnight shift differential: $2.50 per hour

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Some college education focused in Criminal Justice, Social Work, or a related field preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of experience working with criminal‑justice treatment programs
Other requirements:
Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the use of computers including the internet and Microsoft Office.
Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a comprehensive background check that includes a criminal background check, drug screen, professional reference check, employment check, and PREA institutional employer checks.
