We're hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our Day Program's Follow Me program! DSPs provide hands-on support to individuals in our programs, helping them work toward their personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities. DSPs who work in the Day Program support individuals in engaging with their communities through employment, volunteer opportunities, social interaction, daily living skills, and recreational activities.
DSPs who work in the Follow Me program work with individuals in a group home setting. The schedule for this position will work on weekly rotations and shifts begin at 6AM.

QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, a candidate must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Education and/or ExperienceRequires knowledge and skill equivalent to the completion of a high school diploma. Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
Certificates, Licenses, RegistrationsWill obtain and maintain the required certifications, including becoming a medication technician, CPR and First Aid certification, Therapeutic Response Certification, a valid ND Driver's License as necessary for the position.
